Camerarenter offers free shipping for all orders placed at least six months ahead of time. Shipping is $14.50 for orders placed at least three months ahead of time, and $29 orders placed less than three months ahead of time. |

If the cameras are not postmarked within two business days following the event, a late fee of $5 per photo/video camera per day will be charged. | How do I order prints of the photos from my event? You can order prints directly from your event's custom website and have them mailed right to you. You can also download photos in full resolution and print them at your local drug store or home printer. Finally, you can print any of your photos directly from your archive CD. |

| How much does it cost to order prints? CameraRenter offers 4x6 inch glossy prints for only 19¢. |

| How do I get a CameraRenter Custom DVD Movie of my event? After your event, simply choose your favorite pictures and videos from your event and a set of your favorite songs. Camerarenter then combines state-of-the-art video editing and digital effects with your cherished moments and music to create a custom DVD of your event. Within a few days, your Custom DVD Movie will be available for previewing and delivery to you and your friends and family. |

| What happens if CameraRenter's digital photo/video cameras are damaged at my event? Nothing happens if the cameras incur minor damages such as scratches at your event. For major damage that prevents the camera from operating, CameraRenter offers 100% insurance coverage for $8.95 a camera. If the camera is not insured and is damaged to the point where it is no longer functional, the replacement charge is $99. |
