What if a digital wedding camera runs out of memory?
Just pickup another one and keep going. With each digital wedding camera taking
over 450 pictures and/or fifteen minutes of video, this is a good problem to have
and is why our
All Inclusive Wedding Photography Packages include more than one digital
wedding camera.
When do I need to return the digital wedding cameras?
The second business day after your wedding so we can get your wedding photo and
video sharing website up ASAP. Just like when you rent movies, we don’t charge
late fees. If the digital wedding cameras aren’t post marked ten days after your
event we’ll simply replace them using the credit card on file for the event. If
the digital wedding cameras are ever returned, their replacement charges will be
refunded.

Do the digital wedding cameras record video?
Yes. All your digital wedding cameras record over 15 minutes of digital video and audio.
Is it easy to record video?
Yes. Set the digital wedding camera to video mode and press the button on the top of the camera.
In addition, you can double click on the video on the Archive CD we send you after
your wedding. It contains all of your pictures and wedding videos. Finally, you
can also watch your favorite videos and relieve all the treasured moments from your
wedding from the comfort of your living room with a Memory DVD.
Camera damage and loss
CameraRenter’s damage and loss policy is just like your favorite movie rental store or service: it doesn’t matter if digital wedding camera is damaged; we just need it back.
The key thing is simply to give your digital wedding cameras to close family and
friends. Not only will they take care of your digital wedding cameras, but they
are also the best people to take great photos and record great videos of your wedding.
What if a digital wedding camera is damaged?
Don’t worry. Just like your favorite movie rental store or service, you will never
be charged anything for damage. 100% damage insurance is included in your
All Inclusive Wedding Photography Package.

The digital wedding cameras you rented come with an instruction card attached that
makes it clear that the camera is not disposable or a party favor.
Just like your favorite movie rental store or service, if a digital wedding camera is not returned,
a replacement charge will be assessed to the credit card associated with the wedding.
Replacement charges are $100 per digital wedding camera. There is a $25 replacement charge if memory
cards are not returned. There is a $10 replacement charge for batteries that are
not returned.
All replacement charges will be refunded 100% if the equipment is ever returned.
We recommend passing your digital wedding cameras out before your wedding so your family and friends
can capture even more memories, and so that the cameras have no chance of getting
lost.

We recommend passing your digital wedding cameras out to close friends and family before your wedding
so your family and friends can capture even more memories, and so that the digital wedding cameras
have no chance of getting stolen.
It's also important to note that thieves would have no easy way to connect the camera
to their computer so there is little point in taking the camera. It would be like
stealing a computer without the power cord. It's also important to note that there
will likely not be a lot of thieves at your wedding. If there are, we’d recommend
watching more than just your digital wedding cameras. :)
