If you are not sure about the specifics of your wedding but know that you want to rent digital wedding cameras, we highly recommend that you reserve a date as soon as possible to ensure camera availability. Reserving your wedding date is 100% free and you can cancel for a full refund or change your reservation details for free right up until we ship your digital wedding cameras.

How much is shipping?
Nothing. The digital wedding cameras you rented are delivered in a prepaid mailing
case. After your wedding just put the cameras back in the prepaid mailing case and
put the case in the mail.
How do I return the digital wedding cameras?
Place the digital wedding cameras you rented back in the prepaid mailing case they
arrived in and put the case in mail.

You will receive all of your digital wedding cameras at least one day before your
wedding for no additional charge. Early delivery options are available. Please see

Do you guarantee that my digital wedding cameras will be delivered on time?
Yes. If your digital wedding cameras have not arrived, or you have not received
a notice of their arrival, just contact us at sales@CameraRenter.com and we'll overnight you a replacement
set for free.

Your satisfaction is very important to us, and 100% guaranteed. If for any reason
you are not satisfied with your CameraRenter experience simply contact us at sales@CameraRenter.com before your wedding photo and video sharing

When do I ship my digital wedding cameras back?
The second business day after your wedding so we can get your wedding photo and video sharing website up ASAP. Just like when you rent movies, we don’t charge late fees. If the digital wedding cameras aren’t post marked ten days after your event we’ll simply replace them using the credit card on file for the event. If the digital wedding cameras are ever returned, their replacement charges will be refunded.
How Can I Change My Event Details (i.e. date, delivery address, payment options, etc.)?

more you save. One Book per guest is the way to go.
Archive CDs are an easy and eco-friendly way to send your family and friends all
of the pictures and videos before, during, and after your wedding. Archive CDs contain
all of the pictures and videos from all of the digital wedding cameras you rented,
and you, your family, and your friends are welcome to do whatever you'd like with
them. That is, you own the rights to all the pictures and all the videos on the
CDs. There are no watermarks on your pictures. They are your pictures and videos.
How much are Archive CDs?
One Archive CD is included in all of our All Inclusive Wedding Photography Packages
free of charge. Additional Archive CDs are priced according to how many you’d like.

Yes. The digital wedding cameras that you rent are reused, the batteries in them
are rechargeable, and the prepaid mailing case they are delivered in is recycled.
